The Random Wrestling Review is an explicit mess of in-depth wrestling analysis and puerile humour which focuses on a single event from any point in history and breaks it down crudely and with no apologies. The podcast is currently trawling through the history of Wrestlemania, covering each event one-by-one, taking in the good, the bad, the ugly and the nonsense. Previously, we featured shows stretching from 1984 through to 2021 from a variety of promotions including WWE, WCW, AEW, ECW, NWA, NXT and AWA, so there is bound to be something you like when you join Ben, Old Man, Tom, Stephen and Alex as they seek out the perfect wrestling show. Listeners beware, this show is not suitable for young ears!

Sunday Mar 12, 2023
Just a few short weeks back, this year's Royal Rumble took place with mixed reviews for the two over-the-top-rope Rumble matches. After so many years of the WWE's traditional January pay-per-view, what is there left to do for the glorified battle royal? Have the surprises become stale? Are there too many surprises? Does the fact that there are now 2 rumble matches every years make it less special? What can be done to keep the match entertaining? Our hosts discuss all of this and more in this bonus episode.
The Random Wrestling Review is brought to you this time by Matt, Stephen & Tinky.
