The Random Wrestling Review and its sister shows bring you an explicit mess of in-depth wrestling analysis and puerile humour. The main show focuses on a single event from any point in history and breaks it down crudely and with no apologies. RWR Now focusses on events currently taking place in wrestling. The Game is a quiz series featuring regular guests on the panel battling out to show their supremacy over one another. BracketMania sees the crew whittle 16 down to 1 in pursuit of finding the best of any given category and there a number of bonus and special episodes about a plethora of other things. We have covered topics and shows dating from 1984 through to the present day from a variety of promotions including WWE, WCW, AEW, ECW, NWA, NXT and AWA, so there is bound to be something you like when you join Tinky, Old Man, Tom, Stephen, Matt, Alex and other guests as they fumble their way through wrestling’s rich past, present and even future. Following inadvertently costing The Undertaker the WWE Title at SummerSlam, Shawn Michaels was defiant and attacked The Dead Man as opposed to making an earnest apology. This would lead to the pair facing each other in the main event of this show in what would be their first ever televised singles encounter. Underneath, Bret Hart's anti-American rhetoric had raised the ire of former WCW midcard wrestler, The Patriot who, after having beaten Hart shortly before Hart won the title, was now challenging the Hitman here. Other matches included Goldust against Brian Pillman in an 'indecent proposal' match, the WWE's first ever triple threat match and much more.
