The Random Wrestling Review and its sister shows bring you an explicit mess of in-depth wrestling analysis and puerile humour. The main show focuses on a single event from any point in history and breaks it down crudely and with no apologies. RWR Now focusses on events currently taking place in wrestling. The Game is a quiz series featuring regular guests on the panel battling out to show their supremacy over one another. BracketMania sees the crew whittle 16 down to 1 in pursuit of finding the best of any given category and there a number of bonus and special episodes about a plethora of other things. We have covered topics and shows dating from 1984 through to the present day from a variety of promotions including WWE, WCW, AEW, ECW, NWA, NXT and AWA, so there is bound to be something you like when you join Tinky, Old Man, Tom, Stephen, Matt, Alex and other guests as they fumble their way through wrestling’s rich past, present and even future. Coming out of the Invasion angle that had dominated the WWE calendar through most of 2001, WWE were looking to reset and to that end they repositioned Steve Austin as a babyface, repositioned Kurt Angle and Vince McMahon as a heels, introduced Ric Flair as the thorn in the Chairman's side, unified the WWE and WCW titles, and brought back Triple H following his injury. Into this setting comes the Royal Rumble where Chris Jericho defends the Undisputed title against The Rock, and 30-men do battle to book their place in the main event of Wrestlemania X8.
