The Random Wrestling Review and its sister shows bring you an explicit mess of in-depth wrestling analysis and puerile humour. The main show focuses on a single event from any point in history and breaks it down crudely and with no apologies. RWR Now focusses on events currently taking place in wrestling. The Game is a quiz series featuring regular guests on the panel battling out to show their supremacy over one another. BracketMania sees the crew whittle 16 down to 1 in pursuit of finding the best of any given category and there a number of bonus and special episodes about a plethora of other things. We have covered topics and shows dating from 1984 through to the present day from a variety of promotions including WWE, WCW, AEW, ECW, NWA, NXT and AWA, so there is bound to be something you like when you join Tinky, Old Man, Tom, Stephen, Matt, Alex and other guests as they fumble their way through wrestling’s rich past, present and even future. In early 2020 the Covid-19 Pandemic hit the world and all live events and sport was cancelled- with one exception- Wrestlemania DID happen, as WWE took advantage of their Performance Center to host the event in front of no crowd and, for the first time ever, played out the event over 2 nights which has been the norm ever since. This is our review of Night 1 as the Wrestlemania series enters its final phase- in the main event, Undertaker and AJ Styles would do battle in the unique Boneyard Match, Braun Strowman challenged Bill Goldberg for the Universal Title and Seth Rollins fought Kevin Owens.
