With Wrestlemania 41 just days away the RWR crew give all their thoughts on the build up to the biggest show of the year. They assess the Cena heel turn, the decision to put Rollins, Punk and Roman together in a triple threat match, the viability of Jey Uso as a babyface World Champion, whether Iyo Sky is the babyface of the women's World Title Triple Threat match and predict the results of every match announced to this point.

WCW Spring Stampede 2000

Reassessing The WWE Hall of Fame (Part 3)

We continue our look back through the WWE Hall of Fame archives and making a new determination about whether each inductee should retain their place or be stripped of the honour. Today we cover the 1996 Hall of Fame inductions- Jimmy Snuka, Johnny Rodz, Killer Kowalski, Lou Albano, Baron Mikel Scicluna, Pat Patterson, Vincent J McMahon and The Valiant Brothers- but who will survive the cut?

AEW World's End 2023

The 2nd half of 2023 was an interesting time for AEW- the company set records with their Wembley show earlier in the year but that night was also CM Punk's last working for them. By December, the roster was badly in need of reinforcements due to departures and injuries and they would be coming in the new year, in the meantime, AEW had their final pay-per-view of the year to hold- World's End. The show would host MJF's defence of the AEW Title against Samoa Joe, the final of the Continental Classic between Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston, and a no DQ match between Christian Cage and Adam Copeland.

The Game: United States Champions

It's finally time for Stephen Corriander to step up to take on the undefeated Gavin Duenas for Duenas' RWR Game Title. The pre-tournament favourite to win the Round Robin who feel short following two losses, gets his chance of redemption, but can he stop the man with all the momentum?

TNA Slammiversary 2009

For TNA's 7th birthday they put on not one, but two, King of the Mountain matches- the first, the opener, was for the X-Division Title. The 2nd, the main event, for the World Title. In that match, Mick Foley was defending the title against Jeff Jarrett, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles and Kurt Angle- but who would come out on top? Also, Raven and Daffney faced Abyss and Taylor Wilde in a Monster's Ball match and the TNA Tag Titles were on the line as Team 3-D battled Beer Money Inc.

RWR Now: John Cena Turns Heel!

It was one of the most shocking moments in WWE for years, a moment many thought would never happen- John Cena, company figurehead from 2005-2015, beloved hero to millions of children all over the world, sided with The Rock at Elimination Chamber and moved to the dark side. We take a look at the turn and our reaction to it-  are we excited by the prospect of Cody vs. Cena at Wrestlemania 41? Who will win? What will they change (if anything) about Cena's presentation in the future? How does this affect Cena's final year in the ring? And why now?

AEW All In London 2024

Last summer, AEW brought All In to London for a 2nd year in a row at Wembley Stadium. The show was headlined by the title vs. career match between Swerve Strickland and Bryan Danielson in what would be a match of the year candidate, but was it wall worth it? It would be this title change that would eventually lead to Jon Moxley's victory a couple of months later and usher in the much maligned Bloodriders era of AEW, in favour of giving Will Ospreay his crowning moment in front of a massive crowd of his compatriots.

From The Vault: WWE Royal Rumble 2014 Review

Last week on The Random Wrestling Review we brought to you a review of WWE's Royal Rumble event from 2014. This week we provide another perspective on the same event- but this time from the night after, as we bring you this content from the vault, which also includes more opinion about the episode of Monday Night Raw the evening after the Rumble itself. With thoughts on what was expected at that year's Wrestlemania, as well as the Elimination Chamber, before those events took place, this provides a unique insight into the viewpoint of the time.

WWE Royal Rumble 2014

The Intercontinental Champions series continues with the final major show in the career of our latest Champion in the series- Kevin Nash. Nash made a surprise appearance in the Rumble on a night where the fans in attendance decided to stage somewhat of a protest over WWE's general booking including the apparent overlooking of most popular babyface in the company, Daniel Bryan, in favour of long-time main event guys, John Cena, Randy Orton and, in the Rumble itself, a returning Batista.
